Bath Street Apartments of Battery Point - We won't let you down!

Our Apartments are quite spacious, with the Two-Bedroom Apartments having Both Bedrooms, Kitchen, Bath Room, Laundry and Private Queenslander Style Veranda up Stairs with an Enormous Entertaining Area / Lounge Room and Dining Room down Stairs.

During a recent full internal refit of the building, all of the furniture, appliances, fixtures, fittings, Bedding, Linen and Curtains etc. were replaced with new. We worked very closely with the Heritage Listing Authorities to maintain the buildings true 19th century Heritage style, feel and character. To that end, All of our Apartments were fitted with a Full Kitchen with Oven, Hotplates, Large Capacity Microwave Oven, Huge Refrigerator and *Dishwasher (installed in Two-Bedroom Apartments Only).

Apartments feature a full domestic Laundry with Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer, Soaking Tubs, Iron and Ironing Board All fully contained within each Apartment.

Heating is installed throughout, with the Two-Bedroom Apartments featuring under floor heating installed in the Bedrooms, Hallways and Kitchen. The bathroom has a large Spa Bath, separate shower cubicle, ceiling mounted heat lamp/fan and hair dryer.

The Lounge Room has seating for eight on two very comfortable Sofa’s and two gorgeous wraparound Leather Lounge Chairs. In addition, there is a dramatic Timber Dining Room Table, made from Solid Oak that has place settings for eight people.

Each Apartment has an extensive range of electronic home entertainment equipment including a Big Screen TV, Free Digital Foxtel/Austar, DVD/VCR, Stero, Digital Set Top Box and the Fastest Wireless Broadband Connection that Bigpond can supply. We also offer Free Local Telephone Calls from every Apartment.
